Soncamedia has released an official software update for selected ACNOS and KBEATBOX karaoke systems.
This update addresses recent changes made by YouTube that affected the playback of YouTube Karaoke songs on some devices. Once installed, the update restores normal YouTube Karaoke playback functionality.

No action required for any new purchases from 16th January 2026 as they have been updated prior to shipping.

There was a new firmware update published on the 10 June 2026 to fix this issue.

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my KBeatbox KSNET450.
After recently updating the firmware on my KSNET450, Download Link: https://www.khe.com.au/a/downloads/-/9a83e317fee5dff7/0c4e8b67cd6e8a2e
, I am no longer able to open the Acnos Karaoke application. When I try to launch the app, I receive the following message:
“The application will officially shut down in the near future…”
After this message appears, the application does not open, and I am unable to access any karaoke functions.
Could you please advise whether this is a known issue related to the latest firmware update?
If there is a solution, workaround, or another application that should be used instead, I would appreciate your guidance.
