Hiện tại đang có sự cố ảnh hưởng đến việc phát YouTube thông qua ứng dụng CONNECT Karaoke trên SK-9018Plus.

Soncamedia đã cung cấp một bản vá tạm thời cho phép phát YouTube thông qua phương thức dựa trên trình duyệt web.

Xin lưu ý: Đây không phải là giải pháp khắc phục hoàn chỉnh. Khi phát YouTube, có thể xảy ra hiện tượng trễ, giật hoặc các vấn đề khác về hiệu suất.

YouTube / CONNECT App – Interim Patch

There is currently an issue affecting YouTube playback through the CONNECT Karaoke App on the SK-9018Plus.

Soncamedia has provided an interim patch that enables YouTube playback using a web-based method.

Please note: This is not a complete fix. YouTube playback may experience lagging, stuttering or other performance issues.

Soncamedia is continuing to investigate the issue; however, at this stage a complete solution cannot be guaranteed.

We have made this patch available for SK-9018Plus customers who would like to try the web-based YouTube playback option.

This patch is optional and should only be installed if you are currently experiencing the YouTube playback issue.

Important Notes Before You Start

• The .apk files must be unzipped before installation.

• The apps are to be installed directly on the SK-9018Plus.

• Once downloaded, copy the unzipped files to a USB memory stick, then insert the USB into the SK-9018Plus to perform the update.

• You will need a USB mouse connected to the SK-9018Plus to complete the installation.

  • Tip: The right mouse button allows you to exit pages.

• Please follow the video on this page for a step-by-step guide on how to perform the update.

• Always check the version numbers listed in the file names below.

  • If the version on your system is the same, no update is required.

Release date: 6/10/2026

SK-9018PLUS unit's purchased from 6.10.2026 will be firmware updated, prior to shipping.

Installation instructions:

1. Uninstall the older version of the KaraokeMP4 app first.

2. Install the new version 2.8.2.0_Aus.

3. Power OFF the SK-9018Plus.

4. Power the unit ON again to fully reset the software.

5. If you are using a companion app on a phone or tablet, fully close the app and then reopen it.
