Even with the best advice, sometimes a customer may realise another model would suit them better — and that’s okay.
If you decide another karaoke system is a better fit, you may request a swap within 30 days of your original purchase date.
How It Works
- Carefully open and try your order.
- Return it in as-new condition with all original packaging.
- Swap it for another eligible model, higher or lower in value.
If you upgrade, we’ll invoice the price difference. If you downgrade, Tim will refund the difference. Additional return or reshipping charges may apply.

✘ Items that are damaged, incomplete, used beyond reasonable testing, or not resalable as new
The guarantee applies to one swap per transaction. Approval is not automatic and each request is assessed case by case.
