Even with the Quick Start Guide, sometimes a customer realises a different model would suit them better — and that’s completely okay.

If you decide another model is a better fit, simply:

  1. Carefully open and try your order.

  2. Return it in as-new condition with all original packaging.

  3. Swap it for any other model (higher or lower in value).

    • You can bring it to our warehouse (by appointment):

    • Or ship it back at your own cost and risk.

If you upgrade, we’ll invoice the price difference.
If you downgrade, Tim will refund the difference.
