30-Day “Love It or Swap It” Guarantee
Even with the best advice, sometimes a customer may realise another model would suit them better — and that’s okay.
If you decide another eligible karaoke system is a better fit, you may request a swap within 30 days of your original purchase date.
How It Works
- Carefully open and try your order.
- Return it in as-new condition with all original packaging.
- Swap it for another eligible model, higher or lower in value.
If you upgrade, we’ll invoice the price difference. If you downgrade, Tim will refund the difference. Additional return or reshipping charges may apply.

Change of Mind / Returns
If you change your mind, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in as-new condition with all original packaging.
- Returns are at the customer’s expense and risk.
- Damaged, incomplete or non-resalable items may be refused.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Approval is not automatic and each request is assessed case by case.
