Problems can usually be resolved over the phone without having to send the unit back for repair. This process eliminates shipping expenses and saves valuable time.
At Karaoke Home Entertainment (KHE) we quality test all our Karaoke Machines prior to sale, this is done to ensure everything is not only present in the box but is in 100% working order.
This generally ensures that we can resolve any operational issues either using our How To Connect Guides or over the telephone, failing that the only explanation is that the product was somehow damaged whilst in transit to you.
All products as sold by KHE are covered by a manufacturers return to base warranty, meaning all shipping costs from you to KHE or Distributor are at your expense. Return shipping costs back to you will be covered by KHE or Distributor in the event of a valid warranty claim only, claims which are not valid will be subject to service fees and charges (including return delivery charges).
The warranty period and terms and conditions may vary between products and manufacturers, in general 12 months from the invoice purchase date applies.
If you are out of warranty, you may still choose to send it in for repair but you must cover all repair related costs including any shipping charges.
Should your Sonken, Miic Star or Karaoke Boom Box branded Karaoke Player/Machine, Wireless Microphones, Amplifier or Speakers arrive Dead On Arrival (DOA) or fail within 7 days of purchase, not only will they be immediately replaced with a brand new unit but we will also double your warranty to two years for extra piece of mind, all re-delivery charges within the 7 day DOA period will be paid by KHE.
For all Magic Sing products a 12 months limited warranty applies which covers all replacement parts only, labor/transport charges apply at $88.00 per claim during the warranty period, and repairs take on average 3-4 weeks to complete, Magic Sing Australia do not offer any replacement option.

Should a product become faulty within the warranty period the item will be either repaired or replaced with no refunds paid whatsoever. Should the product no-longer be available you will be given a credit note in your name to value of the original purchase, excluding any delivery charges paid.
Limited 1 month warranty applies to all wired microphones for the cable and jack socket, 12 month warranty is for the microphone head only in the event of component failure only.
Please note that any and all user damage or misuse will not be covered by any warranty.
All warranty claims are subject solely to the manufacturers discretionary approval including the option of replacement of any item and can sometimes take up to 6 weeks (subject to availability of stock or spare parts), though most claims are resolved immediately.
If you suspect you have a faulty product please either call 1300 550 630 or email: email@example.com so we can discuss with you the problems you are experiencing. This will also enable us to determine whether or not there is a fault or a simple case of user error, you can also bring the product back to a KHE Store.
Please don't just send the item back before making contact with us as no returns will be accepted without prior approval, any unauthorized returns sent which may or may not include any request for payment to effect delivery to KHE will be immediately refused and returned unopened to sender, at senders full cost.
Should the product need to be returned we will give you specific instructions (including your unique claim number) detailing what is to be returned and where to send it to. In most cases returns will be directed back to your nearest KHE store for testing however this may change from time to time depending on the product being returned.
We strongly recommend that you send all returns by either registered mail or using a courier so you have a unique tracking number, we also recommend adding insurance coverage whilst in transit, all risks lie with the sender to effect delivery to KHE or the Distributor.

Please choose any and all products carefully and please feel free to ask as many questions as needed to satisfy any and all your questions, as all products sold by Karaoke Home Entertainment are sold on a Firm Sale Basis, with no refunds given whatsoever.
If you are new to Karaoke we highly recommend you take a look at our free e-book "The Essential Karaoke Buyers Guide 2017" which is designed to take out the guess work and replaces any assumptions you may have about Karaoke with facts so you are well informed before you make any purchase, be it from KHE or elsewhere.
Please note: That all Karaoke tracks are recreated in the style of the Artist/Group that made the song famous and do not contain any original artist vocals or music. Backing vocals are provided as standard for the chorus line only unless specified that the song has vocal assist all the way through also known as Multiplex or MPX.
No video clips are provided on CD+G or MP3+G Karaoke content, some selected Karaoke DVD's where indicated only feature video clips but again they are not original video clips but general party related video clips.
Karaoke Home Entertainment has several product guarantee's which apply to Karaoke Machines/Players, Amplifiers, Speakers, Microphones, Lighting and Accessories only, exchange may be possible (under our "Love it or Swap it Guarantee") so please take a moment to read our Guarantee's as they could be of benefit to you.
