Orders for Equipment i.e. Karaoke Machines, Amplifiers / Speakers and Accessories as sold by KHE.com.au are delivered Free with standard delivery, disc orders shipped with Equipment or Accessories will ship for free also. You can add Insurance {Registered Post} to your order or you can upgrade your order to Express Post for next business day delivery. Daily postal cut off time is 4.00pm and 2pm for Couriers (Monday to Friday) and is subject to stocks being available and ready to ship, please call 1300 550 630 to confirm availability if urgent, orders received after this time will ship next business day.

EXPRESS POST (OPTIONAL) - You can upgrade Karaoke Disc purchases to Express Post for an additional $7.00 (1 Disc) or $10.00 (2+ Discs) per order. Accessories and Magic Sing Song Chips can be Express Posted for $10.00 per order. We also offer Express Post for certain Karaoke Machines (subject to size and weight restrictions), this is based on where you are located (Your State), you will see if this option is available on selected pages, if you see the Express Post Parcel Logo you can click on it to get a Express Price for your State. If ordering online this same price will also appear during the check out process. Express Post deliveries like all Australia Post deliveries are made Monday to Friday, the Next Business Day Guarantee* is offered by Australia Post over specified routes within the Express Post domestic network. You can check for your post code below to see if its covered by the defined network. Prompt delivery on a non-guaranteed basis is given to Express Post articles posted to places outside the guaranteed network. All Express Post Parcels also include a unique tracking number for each parcel, this will be given to you when you place order either by telephone or online, you can track your parcels progress by telephoning Australia Post on 13 13 18 during business hours. Please Note: You cannot have insurance on any Express Post parcel in Australia, all care is taken with by KHE when posting your order to ensure a safe hassle free delivery to you. If your order is damaged or lost whilst in the care of Australia Post the maximum claim payout by Australia Post is only $50.00, by selecting Express Post you hereby accept this risk. If don't require the item urgently we would recommend the insurance option which covers for loss or damage whilst in Australia Posts care.

INSURANCE {REGISTERED POST} (OPTIONAL) - We recommend using Registered Post which gives you insurance coverage for your order from as little as $4.00 for $100.00 of value, this covers you for loss or damage whilst in the Australian postal network, the insurance coverage is provided by Australia Post. This service ensures you are covered, someone will have to sign (with photo ID) for your parcel which gives you extra piece of mind and security. The cost of insurance is automatically calculated for your order in the shopping cart and you can select to add this service to your order during the checkout process.

The cost is based on a standard charge of $4.00 for the 1st $100.00 and $2.50 for each $100.00 thereafter. For Example a $550.00 purchase of a Karaoke Machine will be calculated like this: Rounded up to $600 - $4.00 (1st $100.00) + 5x $2.50 ($500.00) = $10.00 = $16.50. Some of the larger Karaoke Machines exceed the Australia Post maximum size or weight requirements, these items will be delivered direct to your door Free of charge by a TNT Road Express Courier, when we ship your order by TNT Road Express your order is covered automatically to the maximium value of $1000.00 at no extra charge for you. Someone will need to be present to sign for a courier delivery. You can also track and trace orders with insurance (Registered Post) or orders sent by a courier, you will be given the tracking number when placing the order and information on how to track the parcel (if by courier), all for Australia Post (Registered Post or Express Post) tracking enquiries please call 13 13 18 during business hours. All parcels are lodged daily at Australia Post between 4.00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
