Karaoke Home Entertainment holds all your data securely and only authorised personnel are permitted to access this information when processing your orders. All data transmitted online is secure and encrypted, we use the secure hosting technology services (Authenticated By Thawte Consulting CC) of Australia's Blue Central Hosting Solutions. For extra credit card protection we process your orders off-line, this ensures that you only get charged for items that are in stock and when they actually ship to you. We also provide you with a shipping notice via email each time an order ships to you, you also will receive an confirmation email that we have received you order once placed. In order to protect credit card holders against fraudulent transactions we may require the card holder to verfiy amounts charged prior to shipout. In order to verfiy you are the cardholder we will charge your total order placed, for example $449.99 in two transactions (for example $129.99 and $320.00) then we will send you an email asking you to advise us what the two amounts are before your order is shipped. You can check this by using your internet banking or by calling your bank, as only the card holder has access to this information. We will not ship the order until these amounts have been confirmed, if the amounts cannot be confirmed within 7 days the order will be credited and reported as a suspect fraudulent transaction to authorities. Once you have verified a specific credit card with us thereafter all future orders will ship immediatley, and you will need to verifiy it again should you change credit card or your delivery address. With our easy to use online shopping interface you only need to enter your credit card details once, unless you decide to change payment methods, your orders will flow as processed before using the same method. If you do not wish to use your credit card online that's ok too, you can select I will call with my credit card details or you can select from other payment methods, like BPay®, PayPal®, Direct Bank Deposit or send a Cheque or Money Order. Your personal details including your email address once given to Karaoke Home Entertainment are held in the strictest confidence and will not under any circumstances be passed onto person/s or any other company. Karaoke Home Entertainment will however fully co-operate with any Australian State or Federal law enforcement agency, in relation to any request for information regarding a fraudulent transaction and or activities.
